Application steps:

  1. Create an account by clicking on Register button
  2. Fill required information
  3. Attachements required is results slip for S1 & LEVEL 3 applicants and Report card for others in PDF or JPG format.
  4. Click on Submit data.
  5. Wait for school feed back via SMS that reason why you must put working parent phone number.
  6. You get application code via SMS to the parent phone number which will be used to check your admission decision.
  7. If admission status is Admitted.You must pay fees 5,000.0 RWF to get proof of registration and school letter requisition.
  8. Remember to get proof of registration fees is 5,000.0 RWF and you must pay in 2 days else you add 1000.0rwf lating fees
  9. After to pay this fees you get proof of registration and school materials requisition letter.
  10. NB: Please you must go to school with proof of registration

Payment Guidelines

  1. After admitt school Login system by entering your Application code sent to mobile phone provided via SMS.
  2. Click payment.
  3. Confrim payment.
  4. Choose payment method.
  5. NB: Only MTN Mobile Money is Allowed to pay this registration fees
  6. Write your MTN Mobile number which consist of required Balance.
  7. To write number you must begin with 250 ex: 25078xxxxxx
  8. Press to proceed button
  9. Check your mobile phone to confrim payment by pressing 1 and followed by PIN.
  10. After you get proof of registration and requisition letter issued by school.
