Welcome to Institut Don Bosco Kabarondo TSS, a distinguished institution committed to providing top-tier Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) alongside a strong foundation in general education. Our options/Trades:
We offer General Education in Ordinary Level Combination From S1 to S3 where students get first class to 100% for Every National examinations.
Not only that, we provide TVET Skills from Level 3 to Level 5 where students comes out with a commitment to work on fields because of the knowledge built on the practical knowledge we develops in the following trades:
Software Development
the process of creating, designing, programming, testing, and maintaining software applications or systems. It involves using programming languages, tools, and methodologies to turn conceptual ideas into functional software solutions.
Wood Technology (WOT)
a skilled trade that involves working with wood to construct, install, repair, and maintain various structures and objects. Carpenters use a combination of hand tools, power tools, and technical knowledge to transform raw materials into finished products.
Buliding Contruction (BDC)
Construction technique that involves building structures using individual units, typically made from materials like brick, concrete blocks, stone, or other similar materials. Masonry is a traditional and widely practiced method of construction, offering durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal.
Electrical Technology
The study, application, and use of electrical systems, devices, and principles to generate, transmit, distribute, and utilize electrical energy. It plays a vital role in modern society, powering everything from homes and industries to communication networks and transportation systems.
Food and beverages Operations
From Level 3 to Level 5 students learn the activities and processes involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food and drinks to customers in various establishments. This encompasses a wide range of establishments, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, bars, catering services, and more.
Land survey
From Level 3 and Level 5 students learn the process of measuring and mapping the physical features of a piece of land. It involves determining the exact positions, distances, angles, and elevations of various points on the Earth's surface and many more.
Manufacturing Technology
Students Learn the application of tools and processes developed through scientific, industrial and engineering advances.this plays a crucial role in various industries, including automotive, electronics, aerospace, consumer goods, and more.
